Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship

Welcome to the University of Chicago Fellowship in Pediatric Rheumatology! We’re excited to offer this 3-year training program, accredited by the ACGME, to graduates of Pediatric Residency Training Programs. Our program is designed to help you grow as a leader in Pediatric Rheumatology, with a focus on teaching, patient care, and research. We look forward to supporting you on your journey!

Program AIMS

  1. To train exemplary physicians in the pediatric rheumatology discipline who serve as leaders among their colleagues and ambassadors for their patients.
  2. To produce independent practitioners whose strong scholarly contributions advance the field of pediatric rheumatology, drive innovation in clinical care, and translate new knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  3. To provide culturally competent, compassionate care to an ethnically and racially diverse patient population, while advocating for health equity and addressing unique challenges faced by underserved communities.
