Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship

How To Apply

Please note, we will be accepting applications for the upcoming ERAS recruitment for AY25.  However, we will not be able to accommodate any combined Med/Peds applicants this cycle.

We invite you to learn more about our program, meet our faculty, fellows, and staff and explore our hospital using the links below.  We participate in the National Residency Matching Program as part of the Medicine & Pediatric Specialties Fellowship Match.  All applications must be submitted through ERAS.

Applicants must possess a MD or DO degree and be eligible to obtain licensure to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.  The candidate must be a resident in Pediatrics (PL3 or higher) or have completed Pediatric Residency training at an ACGME-accredited program.  Upon completion of training, candidates must be eligible to take the American Board of Pediatrics Board examination.  The University of Chicago is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.  We encourage applications from under-represented minorities.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis as of the program start date.  If sponsorship is needed, J-1 visas are preferred.

Our program enthusiastically welcomes applications from Medicine/Pediatrics residents who wish to pursue a combined fellowship experience. Please contact Julia Rosebush, DO, Fellowship Program Director, at jrosebush@peds.bsd.uchicago.edu for inquiries.
