The Department of Pediatrics is proud to support the development of the Fellowship Education and Affairs Committee (FEAC). The committee is dedicated to address the training, education, and professional advancement of all Pediatric fellows at the University of Chicago. We are a peer-nominated group of fellows and Program Directors, across disciplines, who convene monthly to review aspects of Graduate Medical Education, Comer Children's Hospital, and the University of Chicago Medical Center as they relate to our training. We are invested in creating community among all Pediatric fellows and in taking ownership of our fellows' education. We promote professional development by advocating for mentorship, leadership, and academic engagement.
