The Office of Pediatric Engagement & Development (OPED) supports the growth, well-being, and success of diverse faculty in the Department of Pediatrics across the BSD’s tripartite mission. We provide inclusive, accessible development opportunities from onboarding through all career stages. Our programs foster master adaptive learners—curious, innovative, and committed to lifelong learning—while promoting well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion. By equipping faculty to navigate the challenges of academic medicine, we strengthen their impact and contributions to the field.
