NIH /NICHD Child Health Research Career Development Award (K12)

The University of Chicago Department of Pediatrics is one of fewer than 20 national recipients of a NIH-sponsored K12 Award to support institutional career development programs for physicians to become independent patient-oriented investigators. The Department of Pediatrics K12 program entitled "Research Career Training in Pediatrics" provides career development support for junior faculty board certified pediatricians doing bench research.
