Need to obtain a certificate of DEA registration for your job after graduation? Visit the DEA website and use the online system. Many hospitals and clinics will also require a state controlled substance license. The Illinois Department of Professional Regulation has downloadable applications. You must have your permanent license to obtain DEA or state registrations.
